Corin Bright

Corin Bright

Managing Director

Corin is the founder of CS Damp Proofing Ltd and has Property Care Association training in damp proofing and timber treatments. He is enthusiastic about his work and has an eye for attention to detail. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife Debbie, children and grandchildren.

Shinane Gillson

Shinane Gillson

Director

Shinane, Corin’s daughter works both in the office supporting with all aspects of office work and on site assisting her father whilst learning the trade. Shinane and her husband James have two young children who keep her busy when not at work.

Charlotte Jennings

Charlotte Jennings

Charlotte works in the office, booking appointments, writing up survey reports, drawing bespoke plans and keeping the accounts up to date. Charlotte and her husband Andrew, live and work on a farm, they have three children and a granddaughter. She is kept busy doing the farm accounts when not in the office.

 

David Ingham

David Ingham

Is our independent surveyor, is Property Care Association qualified as a Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatments (CRST) and Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW), with 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and Retrofit Assessor. He will visit your property to assess the problem, identify the root cause and provide a full written report covering the individual issues and remedial treatments needed, additionally we provide a bespoke floor plan to highlight the affected areas.

Nathan Richards

Nathan Richards

Nathan is a trained plasterer and has had over 3 years’ experience of damp proofing works, with his previous employer. Nathan is also keen to learn new skills and has been busy improving his skillset, by previously undertaking a part-time college course whilst working. In his spare time, Nathan likes being out in the open water whether it be on his paddle boat or swimming. When not out in the water Nathan likes to keep in contact with his family in Wales.
Mark Sutcliffe

Mark Sutcliffe

Mark is our part-time labourer, who supports the team in all their site needs. From start to finish, Mark has a good eye for detail and is willing to learn as well as support our technicians when on-site. In Mark’s spare time he likes to spend time with his partner Leanne, and socialize with their friends. Mark also like going on walks around the local areas.
